Usage Guide

 

When working with our products (e.g., nucleosides, purine/pyrimidine derivatives, sugar intermediates and solvents), please refer to the following guidelines to ensure optimal performance and reliability:

 

Solubility & Common Solvents:

Many heterocyclic bases and nucleoside analogues dissolve in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), dimethylformamide (DMF) or N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) at moderate concentrations. For more polar derivatives, aqueous buffers or aqueous ethanol may be used.

 

Recommended Concentration:

For standard research usage, we recommend starting at 10 mM in DMSO or other suitable solvent, then diluting into desired reaction or assay system. Adjust upwards as needed, ensuring solubility and stability.

 

Storage Temperature:

Store at –20 °C for long-term preservation, especially for moisture or light sensitive compounds. Short-term storage at 4 °C (refrigerated) is acceptable if the shelf life is short and sample is resealed. Protect from light and moisture—use desiccator or inert atmosphere if required.

 

Handling Tips:

When opening, equilibrate to room temperature inside sealed packaging to avoid moisture condensation. Label clearly with batch number and date opened. Use appropriate PPE and follow MSDS guidelines.

 

Stability Notes:

Some derivatives may hydrolyze or decompose under basic aqueous conditions—minimize exposure time. For long-term stability, reseal the container immediately and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Submit your inquiry including product name, CAS number, required quantity, purity specification and intended application.

We review and confirm the sample availability and shipping terms.

Sign a Sample Agreement or NDA if needed.

Provide quotation for sample, shipping, lead time.

Upon your approval, we dispatch the sample and provide tracking/documentation.

 

Non-conformance / Return Process:

If you find the product does not meet the agreed specifications (e.g., purity, appearance, solubility), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide batch number, COA, description of discrepancy and supporting data (e.g., HPLC chromatogram).

We will review internally and propose one of the following: replacement of the same batch, credit note, or full refund—depending on the situation and after investigation.

 

After-Sales Support:

We offer technical consultation for usage, optimization of reaction conditions, troubleshooting, storage recommendations and documentation support (COA, HPLC/LC-MS data). For bulk orders, we provide consistent batch monitoring and long-term supply support.
